RETURN POLICY

2) All sales final on clearance merchandise, personalized merchandise, jewelry, and perishables.

3) All other returns and/or exchanges must be made within 5 business days. Shipping for returns and or/ exchanges will be at the customers expense.   Item(s) must be in the same condition as sold (unopened).

4) Returns & exchanges made after 5 business days will be subject to a 25% restocking fee with a 30 day limit on all returns & exchanges.

5) Shipping & handling fees are non refundable unless your return was a result of our error.

6) Our return address is ATTN RETURNS, 200 South Main Street, Salisbury NC 28144.  To help us process your request, please return a copy of your receipt with the merchandise. We also recommend that you return items via an insured mail service for your protection.
