SHIPPING

All in-stock merchandise will be shipped via UPS, FedEx or USPS directly from our store within 1 to 3 business days. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for delivery. Shipping & handling charges are calculated at the time of checkout.

Some items are drop shipped directly from the vendor via UPS, FedEx or USPS and will arrive in a separate box from other items you may have ordered. Tracking info will be sent via email as soon as your order is shipped.

Custom orders may take a longer time to ship depending on the vendor from which they come. The shipping times are located in the description of these individual items. Custom orders will ship separately.

In-store pick up is generally available in 1-2 business days. Embroidery or custom orders will take longer depending on the item. We will email you when your items are available for pickup.

All NC residents will be charged state sales tax.

We cannot ship to a PO BOX or APO/FPO BOX.

ALL ORDERS PLACED WITHOUT A VALID STREET ADDRESS WILL BE CANCELLED. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ONLY ACCEPTED WITH PRIOR APPROVAL. A SEPERATE SHIPPING CHARGE WILL APPLY!
