ALL orders go into production immediately and cannot be changed or cancelled once the order is submitted. Payment is obtained when the order is placed.
Caniche ships all orders via UPS. Every product undergoes careful inspection prior to shipping. Please notify us of any damage within 7 days of receipt and we will arrange for a prompt repair or replacement.
Shipments that are 'returned to sender' or undeliverable are subject to additional shipping charges.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We hope you LOVE your purchase! However, if you are not completely satisfied, full-priced items are eligible for exchange and/or store credit within 14 days from date of delivery. Please note that items must be returned in the condition they were sent. Merchandise must have tags attached and show no signs of use, wear, or wash.
Reduced-price items are "final sale" and may not be returned for credit or exchanged.
ALL merchandise marked "FINAL SALE" is non-returnable and is not eligible for store credit or exchange.
